Who is The LHA Expert?

 

John Paul is a full time Property Professional, who has built up a sizable portfolio of high cash-flowing properties for himself, using the strategies he describes in his book. 

He has also helped many other Investors to significantly improve their bottom line on the properties he manages for them, again using these exact same strategies. 

He started investing in May 2004 when, much like everyone else, he saw a good opportunity and went for it, and he quickly built up a portfolio of 50 properties.
